Using this website

The information on this site is for general guidance about Fiber1Connect services. Plans, prices and coverage may change; the plan terms confirmed at order stage apply to your service.

Service plans

Stated speeds are maximum (“up to”) speeds. Installation fees are one-time. Annual contracts receive a 10% discount on the monthly rate. Upgrades take effect within 24 hours of request; customers under contract may upgrade to a higher tier until the contract ends.

Coverage and installation

Installation is subject to coverage and, for office and enterprise customers, a site survey. Standard installation takes 2–3 business days (3–5 for business and enterprise).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity or to interfere with the network or other customers.
