How long does installation take?
Standard residential installations take 2–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Office and enterprise installations take 3–5 business days and may need a short site survey first.
What does installation cost?
Installation is a one-time fee: ₦70,000 for residential plans and ₦80,625 for office plans. Your monthly price is shown on every plan.
Do I need to buy a router?
No. A Wi-Fi router is included on every plan. Office plans come with a business-grade router with enhanced security.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect within 24 hours. If you are on a contract, you can move to a higher tier until the contract ends.
Month-to-month or annual contract?
Both are available. Annual contracts get 10% off the monthly rate.
How do I know if my area is covered?
Use the coverage checker on this site. If your area is not listed, send us a request and we will prioritise it as we expand the network.
What does “up to” mean in the speed?
Plan speeds are the maximum your line is provisioned for. Real-world speed also depends on your device, Wi-Fi signal and how many devices are connected.
